Watery Wednesday #94

Welcome back to another Watery Wednesday! If this is your first visit I not only extend a warm welcome but thank you for participating this week. I'm ready to get my eyes wet, are you? Happy Watery Wednesday!

This is another one of my favorite shots. I can't believe I got up early one foggy morning and raced out of the house with my camera to go up to the lake specifically to get some foggy pictures. I love the "mood" that fog creates, especially in black and white.

RULES: Create your Watery Wednesday post first then come back and enter your name and the link to your post in the spaces provided. Next, just have fun visiting the other entrants to see their posts. If you leave a comment they'll know you've visited and will visit you in return. Have fun!

I really enjoy a good fog photo. It does take determination to get out there first thing in the morning, but the payoff is worth it!

Beautiful and mystical! Immediately I thought of "The Old Man and the Sea" by Ernest Hemingway!

I've done that before, got up at the crack of dawn to get the photo of a swan in the steamy water! It's worth it though, look at your shot, it's beautiful!

Thank you for rising so early just so we could enjoy this beautiful scene, 2Sweet.
The fog does set a wonderful mood, doesn't it.

Fog certainly is a great photographic subject whether it is sombre or moody, valley fog with the early sun gleaming off it or frightening in a lonely graveyard with tombstones looking at one. Yours is so tranquil with the early fishermen silently dipping their oars.

You get extra credits if you aren't really a morning person, and it sounds like you aren't. Beautiful.

Is this photo of yours changed to black and white or is that the actual color. It is so lovely. I am an oil painter and it made me want to paint it. There are so many awesome photographers in the bloggy world and I want to paint them all. But yours, I actually had a plan as soon as I saw it. Would you give me permission to paint it?

I love your water shots, but my favorite is the water on the rocks in your header.
