It's Watery Wednesday!!! Work has slowed a little, at least today. I'm hoping it will stay that way so that I can visit as many of you as possible. This was taken in downtown L.A. as I came home tonight. The top is taken from in front of the Department of Water and Power building and you're looking at the Music Center. The one on the bottom in one of the several fountains at the DWP building. I've been seeing that they've begun to light the fountains and I've wanted to stop for a couple of weeks now. I finally got the chance so I thought I'd share.

Where does the time go? I can't believe its time to get our eyes wet again. That was a quick week. So, here we go. Time to pull out the photos and amaze us with those wet one! Hi guys! I'm sorry I missed last week and late this week. I've been more than a little distracted. Car problems and such that have really... well, lets just say I'm still working on trying to get things back on some normal balance in my life. This is one of the spots I like to go after we get a good snow in the mountains. The water from the melting snow always runs through here and looks and sounds wonderful.

Sorry, I'm a little late but I'm here! I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Mine was great. It was nice to be with my family. I needed that little injection of love that sometimes only a family can give, especially from the little ones. Okay, mushiness out of the way I hope you're all ready to get your eyes wet! I took this one a few years ago. This is a tad bit of the Pacific Ocean, specifically Santa Monica when viewed from the north facing side of the Santa Monica Pier. Nothing like a view of the beach!

It's another glorious Watery Wednesday and just one step closer to Thanksgiving! I wish everyone a wonderful Thanksgiving. Even if you don't live in the U.S. you can still celebrate with us and give thanks for all that you have. We could all complaint but in reality, you have only to open your eyes and look around to see that no matter what you're going through you are still blessed and still have it better than so many other people. There but by the grace of God... I give thanks always and I will add my thanks for each of you who participate each week. And I'm also thankful for this wonderful thing called water. Okay, wet my eyes... please.



Not the clearest shot but I still love this. There is a place I go that has a single stream water feature. I can stand there forever taking shots because each one comes out different. One of these days I'm going to not have to master this digital camera and an F-stop! Happy Thanksgiving!
