I don't know if this is a duck or a goose. Its red face is really interesting and it was having a great time bathing in the water.

Interesting looking bird - love the second shot of it enjoying that water!
Great shots, I love those reflections. It's a Muscovy duck!
It looks like a duck - apparently happy to be in the water:)
this is such an ugly bird, but still... so charming. :)
I'm pretty sure it's a duck. It's cute...great shots!

Glad squirrel queen knows what it is! Seeing red in the face is literal here -great capture, friend!
In swedish we call these ducks for myskankor. In english maybe they are called muscovy ducks.
I had some where I lived before and I just love them. The ducks and my hens were free to go every where during the days and in the night they got in there house buy themselves. I miss them!
He is beautiful, like the action shot of him ruffling his feathers:)
What a funny duck!
Thanks for sharing;o)
Have a nice and happy day****
Achei lindas essas fotos, e como se destaca na água o reflexo da mancha vermelha da ave. Com certeza o banho está muito refrescante!
How fun! Just found you through some links and I've joined the party this week. Looking forward to seeing all the beautiful posts.
Probably the confusion about its name has made its face turn red' he he:) Beautiful shots!
I love these! The color, the action, the joy and the reflections. Awesome shots.
Mine this week are more about rain ... but they are of downtown Seattle, so I hope that you will enjoy them.

Good to have someone who knews like SquirrelQueen :)
Such a funny red face - great captures!
The bird looks like a Muscovy Duck. They're generally domestic escapees or their descendants in the US, so it's one ugly bird we don't have to claim for our own.
I'm late joining the list this week, but watery nonetheless. Thanks for hosting us.
sequence wonderful, I like it when the water breaks.
I do like those watery shots. I need to participate more in this meme, it's fun - thanks for running it!
