Watery Wednesday #136

Happy Watery Wednesday everyone! I'll keep it short and sweet this week. Are you ready to get your eyes wet? Got your cyber towels and goggles ready? Let's go!

The only thing about my digital camera is the delay between a snap and the click. So many times I miss what I'm aiming for. I missed this duck but I still like the splash it created. I figure this one is all water and definitely a wet one to post.

RULES: Create your Watery Wednesday post first then come back and enter your name and the link to your post in the spaces provided. Next, just have fun visiting the other entrants to see their posts. If you leave a comment they'll know you've visited and will visit you in return. Have fun!

Yes, sometimes the splash is as much fun as what came before it. ;)

Water splashing creates wonderful patterns in macro! Each one so different! A great capture!

Your photos are always so beautiful, no matter what. I finally figured out that if I have a second, to put my setting on advanced sports shooting ... especially when I'm in the passengers seat at 60 mph ... it doesn't take time to focus then. You are probably years ahead of me on knowing stuff like that!

Happy Watery Wednesday, and thanks so much for being our hostess.

My little point-and-shoot simply isn't fast enough to capture water "exploding" as you have!

Still a great watery capture! Happy Wednesday!

Love the splash :)

No birds needed. Magnificent, and sort of implies ducks better than the actual duck!

I know what you mean. My camera is hopeless with fast-moving targets! I'd say you got very lucky with your splash, though! ;)

I've had the same problem with ducks, they are fast. But you came out with a great splash!

I like it....and I also know the delay can be so frustrating on the camera. But, I'm learning that there is a way to set its shutter speed...on your digital's menu.

Still Waters Run Deep

Have a blessed Wednesday.

Extremely serendipitous. My missed shots do not turn out as wonderful as this one.

it looks just as imoressive without the duck. I thought it was a fountain.

The ducks can be fast at diving, great capture of the splash for your watery shot. Thanks for hosting.
