Watery Wednesday #31

This photo is a little like me this week - sticking my hands out into the cyber world to see how many watery photos will fall into my hands will fall into them. Show me what you've got this week!

This statue's hands are clearly very clean. The water running down looks great - almost like two icicles.

Neat sculpture of hands catching water. ;-)

Wow. That's truly awesome. The water looks frozen, even though it obviously isn't. Can't figure out if your shutter was really slow or really fast. The bubbles would suggest the latter (either that or the bubbles weren't moving a whole lot) but the upper stream would suggest the former.

Mojo - It was shot on auto so I don't know what the shutter speed really was. I need to learn to play with the shutter speeds.

The initial photograph is superb! It should be used for an advertisement for world-wide water conservation.

What a good idea - we will all have to work to equal it.

This is beautiful. I would love the sculpture in my garden. I love the way you have focused just on the hands.

Wonderful that you concentrated on just the hands. The photo just makes me feel good.

Beautiful and frame worthy image.

You know when I'm doing the dishes, I wear rubber gloves, and when I'm done, I keep them on and wash my hands with soap and water just as though I didn't have them on at all. Weird, I know!

The opening picture should be a 'logo' for Water Saving! It's so telling.

I can imagine the water running endlessly on these hands, gradually wearing away the stone over the years. Nice image! I am posting for the first time this week.
