I don't know if this is a duck or a goose. Its red face is really interesting and it was having a great time bathing in the water.

This was the murkiest water but the turtles seemed to be loving it. I hope you like this as much as I do. There was something about the color, lighting and reflections in the water....

What time is it? Its time to get our eyes wet! I had a wonderful day out taking photos on Saturday. I hope that the weather is better for all and that you're able to get out with your camera and just enjoy all the beauty there is in the world, even in the smallest of things. Okay... wet my eyes!


Once again, I had a difficult time picking between shots so I posted them both. I'm in love with both of these and I really like the colors!

Tomorrow's my birthday! First, I want to give honor and glory to God for seeing me through yet another year. Yeah!!! Thank you all for getting your eyes wet with me for another year. I took this shot at the Rancho Santa Ana Botanical Gardens this weekend. It was a beautiful day. I went to see their little butterfly exhibit. In a small pond on the other side of the gardens the turtles were swimming around like crazy!
